YOGA AT EAST COAST PARK

SUNRISE YOGA BY THE BEACH @ EAST COAST PARK.
Early in the morning at the beach,  experience the wonder of inverted postures and three different moods and energies of mother nature before sunrise, while sun is rising and after sunrise and feel rejuvenated and energetic throughout the day

Dear Yogis, our next week Yoga class at East Coast Park will be on Friday (7th Oct 09) at 6.15am to 7.30am. Following are the details of the class.


Venue: Jetty next to Amber Beacon (Yellow Tower) located at Area C1 ( B.B.Q pit number 7)

How to get there?

The nearest underpass will be Marine Parade Promenade underpass located beside NTUC Fairprice. Once you are out of the underpass, follow the footpath leading to the beach and turn right. 5 min walk to Amber Beacon from the underpass.

Alternatively, you can also take the underpass from Chinese Swimming Club. Similarly, follow the footpath to the beach and turn left. A 5-10 min walk to Amber Beacon. You will see Visitor's centre (an orange building)when you are out from the underpass.

For parking, the nearest car park will be Car park C1. The other parking space will be at Car park B2. Parking is free.


Note- In case of rain, class will be cancelled. Every week we will have different day for the class, but timing will be the same. If you have any questions then please let me know.

200HRS INTERNATIONAL STANDARD YOGA TEACHER'S TRAINING COURSE

Duration-
200 hrs.

Theory, practical, teaching practice, demonstrations, posture corrections and precautions. Guest lectures by physiotherapist and medical/paramedical professionals to cover anatomy, physiology and basic myology.

Guest lecturer-
Myology- (Physiotherapist)-Essential Human Anatomy.
Human Physiology (Yoga point of view) and Vegetarian diet – Dr.Venky/Guest lecturer
Melvyn Goh (Senior Yoga Teacher).

(Note- Guest lecturers are subject to change, if above mentioned lecturers are not available for lecture due to unforeseen circumstances then lecture will be delivered by Dr.Venky or any other substitute)
